Refund & Returns Policy

At Dickinson Corner Store, customer satisfaction matters to us. This policy explains how returns and refunds are handled for in-store purchases.

Returns Window

Most non-perishable items may be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt. Items must be unopened and in resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable items such as dairy, prepared foods and beverages once opened.
  • Personal-care items that have been opened or used.
  • Tobacco products, lottery tickets and prepaid cards (where applicable).
  • Clearance or final-sale items, when clearly marked.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please bring it back to the store with your receipt within 7 days. We will offer a replacement or full refund.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Card refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
